Sometimes you might feel like that is impossible. But, be brave, clear out the ironing board, your kids Halloween customs, and your Christmas wrapping paper. Put all non-clothes items, especially items that aren't yours, into other storage. You deserve you own space.

You know what they say, "One man's trash is another man's treasure." So when do you know if it's trash? If you haven't worn the clothing item in at least one year- it's trash. Seem a little harsh? It's not. The experts agree: Dejunking is cathartic. Go ahead, give it a try...

At the end of the day just when you want to throw off your clothes and jump in bed- try not to. Take three extra minutes to hang up your clothes, put your jewelry and shoes were they belong, and straighten up your closet. This will help you keep your closet nice and organized; it won't be a daunting task again.
Good luck!
